# Account & Data Deletion Policy

This policy applies to the following apps by harirb.com:

• Hariri Beauty (com.harirbeauty.app) – Customer app

• Hariri Beauty Seller (com.harirbeauty.seller) – Seller app

## 1. How to request deletion of a customer account (Hariri Beauty)

Send an email to info@hydrogenghc.com from your registered email (or include your registered phone number) with the subject "Delete My Account".

## 2. How to request deletion of a seller account (Hariri Beauty Seller)

1. Make sure you have no pending orders, refunds or unpaid balances.

2. Send an email to info@hydrogenghc.com with the subject "Delete Seller Account", including your shop name and registered phone/email.

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

## 3. Data that will be deleted

• Name, email, phone number and profile photo

• Saved addresses, wishlist, cart and search history

• Login credentials and notification (device) tokens

• For sellers: shop profile, products, banners and shop information

## 4. Data that may be retained

Order history, invoices and transaction records may be kept for up to the period required by the laws in force in the Syrian Arab Republic (tax, accounting and fraud prevention), after which they are deleted or anonymized. This data is not used for marketing.

## 5. Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

# سياسة حذف الحساب والبيانات

تنطبق هذه السياسة على التطبيقات التالية التابعة لـ harirb.com:

• Hariri Beauty – تطبيق العملاء

• Hariri Beauty Seller – تطبيق البائعين

## 1. طلب حذف حساب العميل (Hariri Beauty)

أرسل بريداً إلى info@hydrogenghc.com من بريدك المسجّل (أو اذكر رقم هاتفك المسجّل) بعنوان "حذف حسابي".

## 2. طلب حذف حساب البائع (Hariri Beauty Seller)

تأكد من عدم وجود طلبات أو مستحقات معلّقة، ثم أرسل بريداً إلى info@hydrogenghc.com بعنوان "حذف حساب بائع" مع اسم المتجر ورقم الهاتف أو البريد المسجّل.

قد نتواصل معك للتحقق من هويتك قبل تنفيذ الطلب.

## 3. البيانات التي تُحذف

الاسم، البريد، رقم الهاتف، الصورة، العناوين، المفضلة، السلة، سجل البحث، بيانات الدخول ورموز الإشعارات، وللبائع: بيانات المتجر والمنتجات والبانرات.

## 4. البيانات التي قد يُحتفظ بها

سجل الطلبات والفواتير والمعاملات المالية للمدة التي تفرضها القوانين النافذة في الجمهورية العربية السورية فقط، ثم تُحذف أو تُجهّل، ولا تُستخدم لأغراض تسويقية.

## 5. مدة التنفيذ

تتم معالجة الطلب خلال 30 يوماً، والحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
